Our Team



Dave is an experienced athletic development coach and specialises in training aspiring to professional athletes to perform at their highest physical ability.

Through his experience of working with professional athletes, Dave is able to share his wealth of knowledge with Conquest athletes and teaches them what it takes to be a pro athlete.

Dave's accomplishment's have included 8 years working as Strength and Conditioning Coach with Tonga NRL since 2009 (including the 2013 Rugby League World Cup), Strength and Conditioning Coach for Sam 'King' Soliman (including an IBF World Title win), China Rugby Union Men's and Women's 7's team (2018 / 2019) Melbourne Storm U20's, Aust. Wallabies (2011 vs Wales camp), assisted Melbourne Rebels (2011/2012 season) and has worked with numerous professional athletes internationally and from multiple sporting backgrounds.

With a passion to develop young aspiring athletes, Dave creates a positive training environment and offers personalised services to help individuals achieve their athletic goals.



Michelle has a background working in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) industry, Training and Assessment, Retail, Business Management, and is a business owner. Michelle has also worked with Tonga National Rugby League including the 2013 Rugby League World Cup and numerous Test Matches.


With the exposure to many professional sporting environments, Michelle's understanding of the sporting industry mixed with her business acumen is shared with our aspiring athletes and works well for Conquest athletes that request her support.

Michelle also takes care of all managerial duties at Conquest Athletic Performance, and assists athletes with administration preparation required to take their sport to the next level.


Based in Melbourne, Australia, the Conquest brand was established in 2006 and has evolved into the place where amateur and professional athletes can train and take their athletic performance to the next level.

Conquest Athletic Performance has serviced many professional sports teams and athletes worldwide including; Tonga National Rugby League, Prokick Australia, IBF World Middleweight Boxing Champion Sam 'King' Soliman, China Rugby Union Men's and Woman's 7's team, Australian Wallabies, Melbourne Storm under 20's plus various contract work with elite and pro athletes from a vast range of sports.

Some of our other work outside of physical training includes; keynote speaker at University of Hawaii's Annual Strength and Conditioning Conferences, Interviews and publications with Channel 10, ESPN, Fox Sports and numerous articles in Muscle & Fitness Magazine.

With limited intakes for new athletes each year, we provide a personalised service with individuals to ensure results are achieved and training is tailored to meet your sporting requirements.

Along with training athletes, we also provide the following services; industry professional / tour events training, short and long term contract training, team training, personal training, corporate health programs, structured training programs and group fitness classes.
